Everything is nice, we liked this hotel.

Every detail was great and I truly enjoyed it. The rooms were perfect and wonderful with particularly good views of the ocean. The location was favourable, just next door to Cancun Convention Center. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was amazing in lobby.

Clean, amazing value hotel, the location was best possible just next door to restaurants, all the restaurants, bars and clubs and a mall area. I liked that the room was huge with jacuzzi.

Thanks guys for a very mediocre stay for a brief visit. The setting is unbeatable and stunning, near restaurants, the beach, a taxi. We would return anytime, liked it.

Very small bathroom and internet connection was terrible.

It was truly a great stay for the price, the hotel met requirements. Beachfront location was a plus. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Los Camilos that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The room was with view.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a great area, close enough to the night clubs as well as shops.

Some people working there were not particularly welcoming.

Everything was fine and the view was breathtaking. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The best part was the American breakfast.

Breakfast offered variety of food and was generous. The really great service and attention to detail from thorough staff. Secure location, walking distance to playa chac mool.

I had a relaxing time, great value. Beautiful little tidy hotel and stuff was extremely friendly. Very central location, relatively near Mandala Nightclub. Business area. Signature drinks at cocktail bar, unparalleled service.

The location was fab and the staff was ALWAYS CHEERFUL during the whole stay! Bed was very big, I enjoyed it.

We had a luxurious stay at this enchanting and reasonably priced hotel. The food for breakfast was good, we got cereals and scrambled eggs. Relaxing & absolutely brilliant unit with incredible view, Jacuzzi bath, for example. Conveniently located for us.

Facilities were very clean, however internet was terrible.

For a 4 star hotel everything was good, I greatly enjoyed to be here. Staff were delightful and delightful made my stay restful. Utensils and cutlery were nice. I had access to safe parking, brilliant pool.

The room was new, really lovely, located in the very nice area. Generally everything was so good, yet the bathroom was dirty. We loved hot drinks at the poolside bar. A beautiful beach, absolutely gorgeous view.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. btw, their barman is top! we booked a deluxe room and liked it. deluxe venue, 12 miles from isla mujeres airport.

Here we stayed right by some popular places such as coco bongo. A mini-kitchen was a big plus. Good location.

The hotel was placed next to the beach. The Surfin Burrito is a few steps away from the venue. Perfect location in Cancun.
